LMI, Inc. is currently looking to add new members to the company's Shower, Door & Mirror team on a full-time basis at our Ontario location.

Our Glass Fabricators are responsible for fabricating made-to-order Shower Doors & Mirrors of tempered glass from raw glass. This is not a simple assembly line job; Workers will be assigned to various positions within the fabrication process based on production requirements. You will be expected to train to do multiple positions within the fabrication process. Ideal candidates are individuals seeking to grow with our company and move up the ranks to higher level positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience in a hands on manufacturing environment or experience with glass or shower door manufacturing preferred
• Excellent hand / eye coordination
• Basic math skills (ability to understand and calculate fractional measurements preferred)
• Able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch
• Use a decimal conversion chart
• Use of hand tools and basic computer skills preferred but not required
• Safety oriented? Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at ALL times
• Able and willing to be trained and learn different areas of production
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & Heavy lifting will be involved
• Excellent attendance (ability to arrive to work on time, as scheduled on a daily basis)
• Attention to detail and SAFETY is a must!
• Ability to lift 50 lbs constantly and 75 lbs occasionally.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Pass a mandatory pre employment Physical and Drug Screening.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
